pH measures how acidic or alkaline a liquid is:
pH 7 β Neutral
Below 7 β Acidic
Above 7 β Alkaline
This sensor converts pH levels into a voltage signal your Arduino can read.

Adjust the blue potentiometer to ~2.5V = pH 7
White crystals on the cap? Normal (KCl residue)
Always store probe in KCl solution
β Never let the probe dry out
Avoid switching rapidly between extreme pH liquids
